Most of us think that if we make it to 89, we’ll be feeble, brittle and too weak to do any real physical activity. It doesn’t have to be that way. Stay strong, stay flexible, don’t ever give up on exercising and fitness.
Maybe, just maybe, we don’t stop exercising and pushing the envelope because we get old, maybe we get old because we stop exercising and pushing the envelope.
